Xiao Hei | Bass Teacher

Genre|Jazz, Funk, Pop
Course Objective|Build a stable, clean, and directed low end, making you the bassist the band truly relies on.

▌Self-introduction

I'm Zong Ran. For me, the power of bass isn't about playing many notes, but about each note being precisely struck, stable, and impactful. Many students can play, but their lines lack focus, their tone isn't clean, and they don't lock in with the drums. I'll guide you to adjust these fundamentals until they truly sound good.

My preferred playing style is simple, clear, and directed. The class will also be conducted this way, allowing you to feel your sound become solid and reliable in a short amount of time.
