Course Information

• Four classes per term, 50 minutes per class
• Enrollment open all year
• Class format: Individual / Small group (groups must be self-formed
• First-time students should enroll in beginner courses. Advanced courses will be determined based on student progress and instructor assessment)

Course Content and Features

1. Gradual establishment of basic chords, fretting hand posture, and strumming rhythms
2. Learning common accompaniment techniques (strumming, arpeggios, muting, rhythmic grooves)
3. Quick introduction centered on songs students want to play
4. Intermediate level can introduce outro design, intro arrangement, and basic fingerstyle.
